Acceptable Use Policy

CodeSail is designed exclusively for legitimate software development. This policy defines what is and is not acceptable use of our service.

✅ Acceptable Use

  • Writing, debugging, and improving code for legitimate projects
  • Learning programming concepts and best practices
  • Generating unit tests and documentation
  • Code review and refactoring assistance
  • Building web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and other software products
  • Data analysis and automation scripts

❌ Prohibited Use

  • Writing malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code
  • Hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities, or unauthorized system access
  • Generating code designed to harm, deceive, or manipulate users
  • Scraping data without permission or in violation of terms of service
  • Creating tools for surveillance without user consent
  • Generating content that violates any laws
  • Attempting to bypass our safety systems
  • Reselling or sharing account access
  • Automated abuse of the API (bots, scrapers)

Enforcement

We use automated safety checks on all requests. Accounts found violating this policy will be suspended without refund. Severe violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Changes

We may update this policy as needed. Continued use of CodeSail constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
